  Responsible for all financial, HR and Administrative aspects of Invesprint’s premier label production facility with annual sales $9 M.  Reduced receivables from 200+ days to current, implemented cycle counting, moved raw material inventories to 99.5+% accuracy.  Evaluated and implemented new accounting system – CRC.  Initiated and completed various strategic business activities; procurement of a higher capacity press, secured $3 M financing for new equipment, acquisition of the first Hewlett Packard Indigo digital offset press into the high-end wine label market.  Developed strategic marketing and sales plan necessary to capture the market with this new technology.
