Responsible for all financial, HR and Administrative aspects of Invesprint’s premier label production facility with annual  sales $9 M.  Reduced receivables from 200+ days to current, implemented cycle counting, moved raw material inventories to 99.5+% accuracy.  Reviewed and implemented new accounting system – CRC.  Initiated and completed various strategic business activities such as procurement of a higher capacity press, secured $3 M financing for new equipment and acquisition of the first Hewlett Packard Indigo digital offset press into the high-end wine label market.  Developed strategic marketing and sales plan necessary to capture the market with this new technology.

Developed professional staff of 10 responsible for general accounting, credit, inventory management, producer payroll and financial analysis.  Accomplishments; formation of the 2 largest cooperative joint ventures in California, secured 12M of combined debt financing, significant increase in risk management coverage at reduced costs, lowered the cost of $21 M of operating lines of credit, secured $5.6M in long term funding for facility construction, first base line budget, real-estate procurement and disposition, fleet vehicle lease negotiations, successful year end audit, change of fiscal year end, the analysis and selection of new manufacturing and accounting software and hardware platforms.  Developed new value added products corporation, Gold Tech and market expansion into Latin America, Asia and Japan.
